sorry doc but this wasnt helpful at all. when I get a palpitation, it instantly triggers my anxiety and i feel lightheaded for a few seconds. so what is it then, anxiety or heart problem?

ive had the palpitations with dizziness and feeling like im going to pass out. ive also had the palpitations with shooting pains into my heart. I went to cardiology and they say all test are normal. ekg, echo, stress test, cardiac mri.

I've been diagnosed with PVC. Cardiologist ordered a halter monitor to wear for a week. I'm on day 4 with zero instances of feeling my heart flutter so far. 🤦

i went to the cardiologist so many times in my twenties for this problem. i was having them all day long every day for a very long time and sudden racing of my heart. i was assessed and told it’s just anxiety. nothing is wrong with you. i still have them daily and im 39 now. all my family had heart problems. i gave up cause they just told me it’s nothing.
