Explain why. I have storage on my phone but it goes to my iCloud and is now saying I’m out of iCloud storage so it won’t back up my phone . But I have space on my actual phone . Ugh how do I fix that

To Merge the Duplicate Photos: open your actual Photo app (not Settings), select Collections at the bottom of the screen, scroll down to Utilities, select Duplicate and merge duplicate photos there.

It’s the system storage that takes up the space, I have to backup and reset then add the backup. Everything stays the same except the system storage is lower
