I’ve been taking these gummies for several months now. I didn’t notice a difference at all during the first month, but I kept taking them anyway. Around the middle of month 2, I started noticing that my hair was super soft and shiny and my skin was glowing! I’m in month 4 now and my hair/skin has not looked this healthy since my early twenties. It works! It just takes time!
