If this story is true, then shame on those parents. A man risked everything to save a little girl’s life. Instead of standing there doing nothing, he acted when every second mattered. Had he waited for 911 instead of jumping the fence, that child might not be alive today. The real question isn’t why he entered private property. The real question is: how did a small child end up drowning without immediate supervision? Someone who saves a child’s life deserves gratitude, not a lawsuit. A human life will always be worth more than a fence, a bruised chest from CPR, or someone’s pride. People like him are heroes. The focus should be on protecting children, not punishing the person who stepped in when no one else did.
