@Libby: I just got an email update from the raptor Center. They’re saying one important milestone in her treatment was a successful, life-saving transfusion that was provided by the generosity of spirit. A resident bald eagle at the California living museum in Bakersfield. They were also able to rule out lead toxicosis and any foreign items. Also, her kidney inflammation appears to have improved. I am reading this off of the email. She still is considered in critical care and hope to have more updates by Monday. 🦅💕 love to our sweet queen, Jackie.
