Hey Heather. I mostly agree with you. I think there is both-and. Both/and. You can stop, relax, enjoy what you have, enjoy who you have. You can also keep moving and enjoy the “next thing”. There’s both. You can make commitments to tasks, missions, and people. You can have unique special moments that stop time. It’s actually nice to have moments, days where everything stops moving for a bit. Where you sit in the water of the lake in Banff and just be part of the beauty and nothing else matters for awhile. And you just become it until you start to get too cold to stay in the water and the skin’s wrinkling and the face is burning and your stomach is growling or you have to visit the restroom. With people too. I’ve had some people, few to be sure, that I decide to love each and every day again by choice so we can continue to journey life together. There are life and experience benefits to move through life with someone instead of alone. Both are valid . Both/and. There are a select few people that I have never, ever gotten bored with. And you never know who they are until you jump in the pool of life experience with them. Some ADD excitement to your life rather than remove it. And even people that have less excitement and you can just safely chill with and just be, there’s also beauty and peace in those shared experiences too. Heather you have been a big surprise in my life. Something that I couldn’t have planned, better than anything my brain could ever imagine. From watching a video here and there to gradually watching every video you do with greater interest. Learning about you in every aspect. Fascinating. Caring about what happens to you, your sadness and happiness. Praying for you. Actually remembering you in prayer to God! Asking for your protection and health for the face and voice and personality in the TikTok videos. Who is that Heather R Marshall anyway with the hair and smile, the freckles, the smooth easy to hear voice, the gentle but big heart, the one who sat in a lake in Banff and we all enjoyed that scene with you. I HAD to watch your trip. It became an important part of my day! It was exciting and incredibly……

It was exciting and incredibly interesting. You were/are exciting and incredibly interesting. So see, you’re one of those rare people in my life experiences that I would never get bored with. Not possible. Even if we were just doing nothing. Because doing nothing is STILL in reality doing something. Even rest and reflection, reading a book, watching the snow fall, is an “activity” that enriches our lives.
