I’ve got osgood schlatter disease and it’s genuinely the worst, even after the pain mostly goes away you can’t do things without the pain reoccurring though it isn’t as bad but it’s still comes back

RUBAN_IE :
@RUBAN_IE: For 9 years, I lived with knee pain.
My MRI revealed a Grade 3/4 cartilage injury, partial ACL and PCL tears, and meniscus damage. In November last year, I underwent cartilage implant surgery, believing it was the beginning of a new chapter.
Today, I’m still living with pain.
Some days are better than others, but the pain reminds me that recovery isn’t always straightforward. Even so, I won’t let it define me. I’ll keep fighting, keep rehabilitating, and keep believing that better days are ahead.
This journey has taught me strength, patience, and resilience. To anyone going through a long recovery—you are not alone. One step at a time. 🦵

I had Juvenile osteochondritis dissecans (JOCD) as a kid, I think it was this. I had to stop everything and it came back but I was a kid.
