My hair keeps breaking. Taking pumpkins seed oil, saw palmetto, using multiple shampoos recommended by you. Don’t know what else to do. Already bought K18 and OGX strength repair oil to see if I see any results. I use minoxidil 5% twice a days. Again, my hair goes into a good state and then 6/8 weeks later it goes back to shedding, breaking, etc. not sure what could be happening to me. No stress, sleeping well. I’m not thing I can think of, I train 5/6 times a week. Might be big levels of testosterone? Not sure, don’t know what else to do. Any tips?

So I’ve been having this problem with my hair, which my hair is very thin and I have a lot of dandruff to the point that when I itch it starts bleeding like my scalp starts bleeding but when I look in the mirror, my hair looks greasy, and I don’t know if I have dry scalp or greasy scalp if that makes sense and I don’t know what products to use because I already went to the doctors talked to them and they gave me one shampoo and it never worked so what products should I use for the dandruff and thinning to stop? And I have had the dandruff problem for years at this point I know dandruff is normal but I don’t get one break like I got one dollar for how many times I itch my hair in one hour I would have 1,000 dollars every hour. Just PLEASE help me
