I never use a brush to apply Zinsser bin on a flat wall. I use a mini roller and knock the sleeve off into the tin and reuse strait away every time. Finish is much better and brush marks don’t flash.

I like to put my bin brushes and mini roller sleeves in a empty wipe container with meth spirit sealed up with masking tape... bish bosh
