I'm constantly yawning when my sugar is high. It's makes us very tired physically. The reason is because when your sugar is high your blood is actually too thick. Which makes it harder for you heart to pump the blood so it is physically exhausting on your entire body.

Fun fact: highs are much worser for your teeth then lows bc when ur high in blodsugar clocuse leakes from the gums and makes ur teeth bad

before diagnosis- i was running at 25 minimum for months. the extreme thirst and dry mouth with my cracking toungue and not being able to talk is never something a non diabetic will ever experience
