Looks beautiful, but totally wrong for Lagos. Flat roofs work well in dry climates like Dubai or Qatar, but our heavy and frequent rain will take a heavy toll on it over time. You will end up spending so much money every few years fixing leaks and peeling walls. We should focus on creating designs that truly suit us, instead of just copying trends from other regions. What works perfectly there does not always fit our environment here.
