SHAKING BEEF! First time making and trying this and I loved it! Definitely would make again. Recipe from @Alissa Nguyen Won 1 TBSP oil 1 ½ TBSP oyster sauce ( I used hoisin) 2 TBSP soy sauce 1 tsp brown sugar 1 TBSP minced garlic 1 tsp black pepper 1 TBSP unsalted butter Oil, for cooking Cut ribeye into 1in pieces and combine with oil, oyster, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic and black pepper. (Did I forget the garlic in mine..??) marinate for 10min on counter or 6-12hrs in the fridge. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet and add beef. Sear for 1 min, then shake / turn the beef over and cook another minute. Add 1 tbsp butter and cook until melted. I ate mine with rice w/ chili scallion oil, fried eggs, tomato, cucumber, some noodles, and a salt and pepper lime juice. It was amazing! #shakingbeef #vietnamesefood #vietnam #Recipe #food
