@alexandraaire: BANKS LOVES BEING OUTDOORS & tbh so do i. ive had days where going outside sounds like suchhh a drag and a whole lotta work BUT ive also realized so much. I realized id rather have a hard time getting out the door so i can be happier mentally. i realized that postpartum was making me so isolated and depressed. i didnt want postpartum to win so i make sure to get out of the house as much as i can. i try to fill my days with getting out of the house and plans. don’t get me wrong, i hate the idea of going out of the house alone with my baby. too many weird people and so many horror stories. so i really try to get out with friends and family even if it sounds like a drag or a lot of work. i dont want to scare any moms who are pregnant or in the newborn trenches about postpartum BUT it really can affect people mentally and even physically. going outside DOES help. seeing people, interacting with people, being in nature no matter the weather.. it HELPS. it helps mama AND baby. we all got this, know you aren’t ever alone. ❤️❤️ #postpartum #baby #singlemom #youngmom #youngpregnancy
