I only look at 4 or 5s but if i see a 4* like that i would giggle and keep scrolling cause that is insane to lower for just that. But thats also why I dont let my husband review he would take a star away for each thing he complained about I dont think they realize how stars work. 😂😆

For the hard water stain try a pumice stone, just make sure you wet the tiles and pumice stone before you use it. Worked so well on my shower tiles

My best hard water nontoxic is to combine 1:1 of dawn and white vinegar. I put it in those dish soap brush valve system, and I squeeze the button to disperse. It works great, but I’m not sure how it would do on the black tile

Wet a dryer sheet and scrub! Seriously it will take that hard water stain off with no problems. Also works for removing paint from furniture and floors.
