I don’t understand (some) underconsumption vids bc I feel like there’s a fine line between hygiene and actually being underconsumption. I thought being underconsumption meant u replace the products when needed (expiration date included) not just holding onto old bacteria filled products 😭😭 but ofc anyone can do whatever they want im just like ??? Lowkey there’s nothing wrong with not having that many products but using expired makeup just isn’t a good idea because it could have bacteria and merely because we really don’t know what these corporations are putting in everything nowadays anymore so using it past its exp date is a lil risky

As someone who worked with manufacturers for cosmetics the powders never expire the mascaras and foundations is what you need to watch out for but everything else is good I still have coastal scents palettes and bh cosmetics palettes they are still good keep away from sun and cool places you’re good so go head girl use the make up until it’s fully gone don’t listen to the over consumption people

Be careful with the merit products. If it smells off at all, chuck it. There’s no preservatives in their products so mold can grow.
