Oil pulling helped me with my enamel demineralization and gingivitis. My gums used to swell and bleed even flossing after every meal but they helped the swelling go down more than anything else.

What is the reasoning behind the two rating on brushing with baking soda? Also I’m confused on the not wearing retainers after orthodontic treatment…even after two years, shouldn’t everyone still need their retainers consistently or else your teeth could shift?

there is literally no evidence that flossing reduces the incidence of cavities 😭 literally the biggest scam in dentistry. I already know people will be yapping calling me wrong. I'll provide numerous meta analyses and research papers proving my point
