long flex head ratchet wrench takes it out nicely. I can have it out in 2 minutes or less.

that bolt ain't got nothing on the hidden paccar oil pan bolt. the have a bracket on the front corner of the oil pan, the bracket is held by 1 bolt ans 2 nuts. the nuts are on the oil pan and are easy. the bolt is up high, you cant see it, cant touch, you just have to know its there and know the size and extension combo to get it.

I just did a oil pan gasket on a dd 15 last night. it is a very stupid design but a long swivel head ratching wrench makes it a breeze. not sure why detroit switched oil pans, but either way, they're both junk and don't seal . detroit's radiators are also the biggest piles of shit that I've ever seen. i do about 8 to 10 a month.

That doesn’t even help either that’s the thing😭 if I have an electrical problem depending on the complaint I’m going right down to the pan and checking for rub spots because 90% are there
