I think it’s going to be a modern reimagining of the RC incident. Mainly because of the cell phone and the snow. That being said I’m okay with it and I’m super excited.

It says this is happening at the same time as RE2 & 3 but they must've been moved to modern times cause Homie had a smartphone in the car that he also used as a flashlight

The story follows a medical delivery driver whose entire experience doing his job is so impossibly ridiculous that it had to have been written by someone who has never seen a doctor themselves. No organ delivery guy will ever wander the halls looking for someone to deliver it to…there’s medical equivalent of SWAT waiting for it. Exam rooms are never open to wander by so you can see random pelvic exams. It was so angering how badly done that sequence was that I never got to where the RE part actually REs.

you know what wouldve made this make sense..if random organ courier accidentally takes Umbrella experiment during 1997 racoon city and has to outrun umbrella corp who are now after him AND escape before the nuke hits...couldve made roughly the same movie in the actual context of the franchise. ppl just see "Zack Creiger zombie movie!" and have never played a Resident Evil game

One thing I don’t get is how this movie ties into resident evil 2 or 3,this movie seems to be taking place in modern day since Brian(Austin Abrams character)is talking to his girlfriend on a type of iPhone and its also snowing in raccoon city in this movie,it wasn’t snowing in the games or the lore and resident evil 2/3 takes place into 1998,I’m not hating on the movie I’m actually very excited for this movie,just curious how this movie ties into both of those games
