@hopecrosby_eatss: Garlic parmesan chicken skewers Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp garlic granules 1 tbsp chicken seasoning 50g garlic mayonnaise - @Aldiuk 20g parmesan For the sauce: 2 tbsp butter 3 garlic cloves Fresh parsley 1 tbsp garlic mayo 20g parmesan 3 potatoes - seasoned with 1 tbsp smoked paprika, garlic granules & chicken seasoning Finish with parmesan and fresh parsley Method: - Chop the potatoes into chips and add to the air fryer. Coat them in a drizzle of oil and the seasonings, then shake to coat. Cook for 25 minutes at 180. - Chop the chicken breasts into chunks and add to a large bowl. Add the seasoning, garlic mayo and parmesan, then stir until coated. Add the chicken evenly onto 4 skewers, then pop into the air fryer for 20 minutes at 185. - Prepare the garlic sauce, add the butter garlic and parsley to a pan and cook for a couple of minutes. To a separate bowl, add the garlic mayo (forgot to film), parmesan and garlic butter. Stir until combined. - Plate up the chips and top with a sprinkle of parmesan, top with the skewers and coat with the sauce, a sprinkle more parmesan and some fresh parsley. #dinnerinspo #DinnerIdeas #mealideas #mealinspo
