random, but check your kitty for fleas! kitty was itching in a very flea-itchy way and an infestation can get so bad they begin attacking you and your kids (particularly the ankles if wearing socks)

The prices of groceries is so crazy. Augh. I paid $7 for 1 lb of 80/20 ground beef the other day. I wanted to cry. That’s crazy high for my area 🥺

I don't know if this is helpful to anyone, but I've found that adding bread crumbs (seasoned/unseasoned/Panko...doesn't matter) to ground meat (like for burgers and meatloaf) helps it go farther too.

Watching other people's grocery hauls is FASCINATING to me. People eat so wildly different from one another. I also like to look in people's carts at the store 🤣.

Love your food hauls! I would have nowhere to put all of this but it’s also just me and my daughter. Looks like some good meals for the family! :)

Do you have a jewels in your area I use the app and buy what I need and on sale and it’s less then Aldi or Sam’s Club. Yes, I go to three stores but I’m able to feed all 8 of us on $200 less a week. I get what I can’t at jewel on sale and what I need at Sam’s. But it take like 40 mins planning ahead. I do go to our local Mexican grocery store too because their produce prices are amazing

You should try to make your own homemade butter by using heavy whipping cream. one ingredient and a mixer like a stand up mixer. you can make a ball of salted butter and a chunk of unsalted butter. turns out great. of course.I use organic in everything I can but whoever cannot afford organic, just get a one ingredient or a couple ingredient.Heavy whipping cream
