Honestly, the pants are a 50/50 if they get used, I didn’t need them (due to the pads they have they done the job and my bleeding slowed down after 5 days to a heavy period) first day I wore boxers tho 😅 - most places do have a fan (one on a stand), I wish I had a separate bag for washing but I found it easier just packing it in a plastic bag - and the charger 100% long one is the best. Most beds have charging ports behind it but depending the situation and what’s needed plugged in depends heavily if they are needed - a good long life portable one is also very handy incase of preterm birth/or any kind of emergency where baby is in the NICU etc as it’s harder to have the cable plugged in down there (unless it’s checked and cleared by staff upstairs and has a sticker - I tooo the sticker off mine and it was a few hour wait
