Personally I wouldn't trust any app labeled a "Ghost Hunting" app that is paid for. Apps are designed to increase user engagement and are notorious for false positives, their goal is profit not proof. No amount of "trust us" can offset that bias. Using a standard Lidar scanner that isn't specifically designed for "Ghost Hunting" would be the only way to remove this bias.

I use lidar scanning in my job bidding process and dude u can see whole human entities walking across in the lasers and disappear

Thats not how lidar works, it works by shooting a lot of lasers and receiving them after they bounce of PHYSICAL things
