I tell them that if we just stood at the register waiting for them, they wouldn't have anything to buy because we also have to stock the shelves, amongst other things

Yesss!!! That was me today! It was just me and the SM this morning at 6. Our truck was 2 days late so I had to go get 14 rolltainers of cardboard and bring it out to the truck and 73 empty rolltainers and bring them out to the truck by myself. I was exhausted by 8 am and I still had to make it to 3 pm. Got 18 totes and 7 boxes done in that time too lol

and we are under paid!!👏👏 i love my team,so I choose to stay! but,frl after7 yrs....I should definitely be more seen/paid! even broke my hip on the job,but I recovered and went back,cause I love them! they are like family!

ASM here and this is so true we have so much to. I love our understanding and patient customers. Not the ones who yell at the top of their lungs “does anybody work here damn” 🙄
