you can't understand him cause he starts by assuming you are awake and you have already realised that everything is energy. before listening to him you should be aware of what's matter, what's the reality you are living in right now. start by understanding that you are made of light/energy, your body is made of energy and everything that surround you is made of energy. here to create something you need to think->move -> create. outside of this realm you just think->create. when he says you learn to manipulate energy that means that you are moving (moving costs energy) so you are seeing the process. outside of here you just think of something and you create it. that's all
