• sesame seeds cook the rice and season it with a mixture of rice vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Place the rice tightly onto nori sheets and roll into logs, adding more rice if there are any gaps. Dip each roll first into a flour and water mixture, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Bake at 190°C/375°F for 20–25 min until crispy and golden. Slice the rolls lengthwise and fill with cream cheese, and a mixture of finely chopped cooked shrimp, avocado, sriracha, soy sauce and chili.
