I finally spun it in my ninja creami yesterday and today! It was interesting to see the difference in texture: the first time I used the sorbet setting and it was very soft. I used the regular ice cream setting and though it was still a bit soft it was more firm than yesterday. In either case it was AMAZING in terms of richness, smoothness and flavor.🥰
