@shivermama: I went from surviving to showing up. This season isn’t about shrinking myself. It’s about becoming stronger so I can keep showing up for the people who need me most. The female body is incredible. It stretches, grows, carries life, heals and then does it all over again. Mine gave me my three girls, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. I think it’s time I started caring for my body the way it’s been caring for me all along. And while this trend says, “I went from zero to my own hero,” the truth is, I was never my own hero. Every bit of strength, healing, and growth has come from God. All glory to Him. He’s always been the Hero of my story.
