Got fired from target on my 90 day review because I submitted a schedule change and got questioned by my supervisor. I explained that the standards were insane for night shift, and that morning would just be better. She expected us to work harder when the truck would show up insanely late, and would randomly disappear to go smoke in her car. I mentioned it all in what was basically my firing meeting and told the GM that she was specifically the reason there were so many problems. They ended up having 6 people give their two weeks within a week, and had someone else walk out the day I got fired.
