Nothing to help with preserving but I have been doing grilled cheese sandwiches but with mozzarella, tomato, and a ton of fresh basil on sourdough and it is so good!

I planted 2 basil plants in mid May that l got from Home Depot…they haven’t grown an inch! Last year I had bushels of basil and made a ton of pesto and froze it in ice cube trays.
