@theonlymothegoddess: Breaking in my new “dad shoes” today. 😂 My New Balance 9060s are officially getting their first workout at my new gym. I’m not gonna lie… part of me is nervous. Walking into a new gym feels like being the new kid at school. And if I’m being real, so much of my identity was wrapped up in being strong, lifting heavy, and having a certain physique. These days? I’m nowhere near that woman… yet. But this season isn’t about chasing the old me. It’s about building the next version of me. Right now, I just want to feel healthy. I want to move without pain. I want more energy. I want my body to feel like home again. Strength and aesthetics will come, but today I’m choosing comfort, mobility, and longevity over ego. Every journey has a first step.
