They also need you to fully integrate into the system but still make it so hard for us to do basic things. I currently can't even get a placement for German test because I taught myself online and I just need the certificate. Apparently i need to take 120hrs of classes before i can be allowed to take the test but the kicker is that i dont have the time for those classes and thats exactly why i taught myself online. It's an never ending cycle of nonesense. Thankfully, I was able to start Ausbildung without the language certificate because the person who interviewed me was impressed by my spoken German.

I think everyone goes through the same thing in Germany, my daughter is going through it at the moment and getting frustrated. The beauty of it all is that she gets to appreciate Australia more than ever before. Travel opens your eyes wider. I would never move to Germany myself, I visited sometimes back and I wasn't treated very well.

It’s done on purpose. Even British folks learn the hard way in the UK. If you leave the country and get in trouble financially, you have to pay your way back home and you don’t get benefits until 3 months later. Even if you were born here.
