not everyone is perfect, even Aang made many mistakes like every other avatar it just takes a new avatar or people themselves to fix the predecessor's mistakes.

I think the show is gonna be a bit meta about how it treats Korra. Like on the outside it’s gonna seem like it’s her fault but it’s gonna be revealed it’s not, with the universes hatred of the avatar mirroring the fandoms undeserved hatred of Korra
