It's awful. I know 2 people seriously injured for life because not wearing a helmet or wearing helmet improperly.

RN that works in trauma and a husband that works in an ER….. our kids aren’t even allowed to have e-bikes or scooters! Not worth the risk! Helmets could prevent so much!

I'll invite you to my country, the Netherlands. You will be busy warning people the whole day. You'll see kids 5 and up biking without helmet to school. After coming back in the USA you will only worry about the unhealthy food what they give to children in the USA. 😁

Yes! 🙌 my 16 year old sister almost died last year. A dog ran out infront of her & she crashed going 15mph. She was in a coma & it’s been almost a year & she’s still not back to normal. WEAR A HELMET!!

As a general rule x kid…I never wore a helmet, but we didn’t have e bikes! It was dangerous back then but way worse now! Kids actually have no business on e bikes!

My neighbor caught my son without his helmet on one day and sent him home to get it. I thanked her later. It takes a village.

All the people saying they never wore a helmet, did your bike travel 18-27 mph? No it was leg powered not electric. ER visits are up 9x the normal bike accident rate. There are laws on these e bikes parents aren’t following

My 10 y/o grandson was just in the hospital because of an accident he had on his bike. Severe concussion and stitches above his eye. Mom gave him his helmet, he took it off. 🤬
