Ok so now I’m second guessing everything. I spray the counter top - do I let that sit or wipe it down and then let it sit? Wiping it with a wet or dry rag? How do I know how long to let it dwell?

Question, I use rubbing alachol to disenfect counters after I use meat. I do leave it on to evaporate. Good idea or Not?
