$10K for a few Mac studios and Kimi K3 will handle most of what ppl use frontier labs AI for. One time purchase (well, every 3-5 years) and an open weight open source model.

okay you might be onto something 👀 ai art videos are ass 👀🤔 not all ai is bad, and recursive model collapse is real, but data cooperatives / server co-ops could be a real solution to the neccesity of data centers existing confronting with the moral dilemma of supporting surveillance technology, replacing creatives, and the acceleration of environmental degredation
