Nah cause ngl I only took it off for the shower and I was getting out of the shower and I forgot that I needed to wear a brace and was walking around. That’s when I realized I trusted my leg enough

Using a brace is completely wrong after acl surgery💀 you should start using the leg as soon as possible even the next day. Only pain is the limit.
