In Halloween when Laurie tells the kids to go down the Mackenzie’s and called the police the man who played drew Barrymores dad in Scream says the same thing thing to the Mum then in H20 Laurie tells John to go down to the Becketts and called the police a nod to Drew in scream 🥰

Man the way we couldn’t see Michael’s eyes, the stalking and that sting noise from the classic is something I’ll always remember this movie will forever be my favorite

Another interesting thing about Donald Pleasance is that in the initial script, Loomis had a whole family to raise the stakes when he was in danger. But Donald insisted it would be better if Loomis was totally alone because it would show that Loomis has dedicated his entire life to keeping Myers contained.

The house used was abandoned, so they had to use extension cords to light it up. The cords can be seen when the camera pans to the right when looking in the home. Also, when Michael appears by the bushes, light smoke is seen. It was John smoking. 😉
