Aircraft Mechanic here.. we install cotter pins differently. If the hole is above the castle, you add washers (usually a maximum of three per AC 43-13-1B) until it is lined up with the castle. It’s also a little easier to since our AMMs usually give us a torque range, so if it’s 50-70 InLbs initially torque to 50, bump the wrench to 70 and tighten until the hole lines up or it clicks. Cool to see how different trades do things differently

Stopped at 60psi? Rookies numbers. Break that bead, lube it up, and don’t stop until it either seats or explodes. The tire will give out long before the machine will stop. I’ve never failed to bead up a rubber band tire in my 20 years in tire shops but I’ve always had to go well above and beyond the limit for them.
