@saltsugarandstories: Replying to @TeriL0428 Y’all… in all fairness to Teri… she’s right. 😂 I don’t follow directions, but…. I never wondered why they didn’t come out right. I told y’all before I even started they weren’t gonna turn out, what happened was fully expected. 😂 Here’s the problem: cooking is my love language… baking is a science experiment. 🤣 If a recipe says “do this,” my brain immediately says, “Nah… let’s see what happens if we don’t.” The biscuits were actually delicious. They just weren’t the fluffy, sky-high biscuits I’m forever chasing. One day I’ll either learn to follow directions… or I’ll just accept my destiny as the Queen of Flat Biscuits. 👸🏻 And can we talk about the difference between TikTok and Facebook? TikTok is all, “Bless your heart, they still look good!” Facebook is, “Ma’am, on line 3 you made your first mistake.” 🤣 I love every single one of y’all. I really do. Y’all keep me laughing. And no… I was not drunk at 8:00 in the morning. 😂 I was just cutting up and having fun.
