One thing I did for my kids going to college was have their monogram embroidered on the edge of towels in case roomies had the same color. Usually they wash their own laundry but if it’s left on the floor of a shared bathroom, mine knew if it was theirs. They’re both out now but still have and use those towels.

I just got done with my first year of college and one of the things I wish I had containers at my school doesn’t allow you to take their containers out so they asked about you bring your own
