Ingredients 🍞 2 Thick Slices of Sourdough 🫒 Extra Virgin Olive Oil 🤍 2-4 Oz Burrata Balls 🍎 1 Small Cosmic Crisp® Apple, Cut into Matchsticks 🤎 High-Quality Balsamic 🌿 Fresh Basil, Cut into Thin Ribbons 🧂 Flaky Salt 🖤 Freshly Cracked Black Pepper Directions 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add a generous drizzle of olive oil. 2. Add the sourdough slices to the hot pan and oil & drizzle the top of the bread with a little more olive oil. Toast for about 2 or so minutes or until golden & crispy. Flip & repeat on the other side then remove from the pan. 3. To assemble each piece of toast, tear the burrata & spread evenly so the entire piece of toast is covered. 4. Top with a generous handful of the apple, followed by a drizzle of olive oil & balsamic. 5. Top with the fresh basil, a pinch of flaky salt & freshly cracked black pepper.
