But that means you are losing weight…. As a fellow plus size mom you still need to gain some because of all that you baby is gaining, fluid, placenta and etc

ooooh the gestational carpal tunnel got baaaaad for me 😫 I hope it doesn't for you but I ended up having to get a brace to wear while I slept and had to keep my right arm propped up on a pillow. it was miserable and got so painful at times. Sending lots of love, mama 💖

So far I’m 13 weeks and no weight gain. I’m currently 212 but my goal weight is 175 which is what I was before my first now I’m on my fourth pregnancy lol.
