Treats, time, talking, no pulling, maybe putting the leash on in the house without holding it... the puppy has to learn it first! Time and no pressure... maybe a harness? Try and make positive memories concerning the leash...and: small steps!

hey so this is a baby who doesn’t understand why something is pulling on her neck, and it’s scary to her. that’s why she’s resisting and biting. definitely start by getting her used to the leash and collar by just having her walk around the house with it & reward her (positive reinforcement).

Use a harness not a collar and don’t pull actually speak to the puppy and encourage it to walk beside you. Have to build the puppy’s confidence

When he resists do NOT stop pulling because he will very quickly learn that resisting means there’s a chance he could get his way. But don’t just pull like you’re doing, walkways pull while walking at first, so he associates walking with staying with you. If you want to specifically train this behaviour use positive reinforcement, but don’t forget to pull, and don’t use his name or words. Just a pull, if he resists don’t reward.
