I wouldnt say this a “prestigious area” it’s certainly not a not-nice area, but its not Atherton, its not Saratoga, etc. I’m trying to figure out what’s making this 5m+, bay area prices, sure, but otherwise…What? New templated construction? Has no yard, the area might be desirable, but any area that’s not unsafe in the valley could be considered desirable.
