@chefcocos.a: A delicate vanilla and rose water flan takes center stage, resting on a layer of spiced strudel for warmth and texture. The sweetness of macerated strawberries and the richness of fresh summer cherries bring a burst of seasonal freshness, while a light and airy white chocolate mousse adds a cloud like finish. Completed with a handcrafted crispy biscuit tuile, creating the perfect balance between silky, creamy, fruity, and delicate textures. A dessert inspired by the garden, created with passion, and crafted with a dream that started in South Africa and continues to grow in America. 🇿🇦🇺🇸 From my hands to your table this is the story behind Chef Coco. #ChefCoco #PastryChef #FineDiningDessert #ModernPastry #PlatedDessert
