@nomadminh: rush hour in tokyo is also direction. every packed train is pointed at the offices, tokyo station, otemachi, shinjuku. i was going up to ueno for the museums and the park, riding against all of it. pick a stop that isn't an office district and you're on the empty side of the train. no promises on a seat at 8am thou, but the odds are a completely different thing. #tokyotravel #japantraveltips #yamanoteline #tokyorushhour #japantrip
