My favorite thing to do is to make buldak rice paper wraps. So you make your buldak just like you normally do. Then you soak a piece of rice paper in warm water, lay it out, add some ramen and cheese and green onions, fold it up. Then you pan fry it briefly to make the rice paper a little crispy. I find it helpful to put a little cheese down in the pan first and put the seam of your wrap on the cheese so that the melty cheese serves as glue to keep the wrap together. Let it brown a little on that side before flipping it. Here’s a picture!

This is one of the top meals my hubby has mastered. He adds an egg yolk, mayo, dash of soy sauce to the sauce and cheese packet. And then we add steak and soft boiled eggs. *perfection*
