@madelainerascan: BIKINI BOD PIZZA POCKET 455 calories | 71g protein | 10g carbs | 16g fat Ingredients: 225g ground chicken breast 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt + pepper60ml tomato passata 35g light mozzarella 25g Parmigiano Reggiano ½ tsp avocado oil or cooking oil of choice (a few sprays on paper + on top after cheese) Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the ground chicken into a thin, even-ish oval and add seasonings. Add the passata and mozzarella to one half, leaving space around the edges. Fold the other half over using the parchment paper to help, then press the edges together to seal. Sprinkle the Parmigiano Reggiano over the top and gently press it into the chicken. Optional, add a quick spray of olive/avo oil on top. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F/74°C. Transfer off the parchment onto a bare baking tray and broil until grolden crispy. BONE APPLE TEETH!
Whoever put cottage cheese in theirs, how much did you put? Also, for those who said one side is not crispy, when should I flip it to prevent that from happening? Halfway through?

Here's a tip: whip an egg and mix it into the minced meat THEN press/roll it out. That'll help with holding it in shape (easier handling) AND it's extra protein

Hand torn actually does make a difference - when you cut basil, the edges bruise and oxidize more quickly, vs hand torn preserves the color and releases the fragrance.

Didn’t have chicken so I substituted it with watermelon. Awful. I do not recommend this recipe.

We make these all the time! Try pesto instead of tomato sauce for a different flavour. Spinach, mushrooms…fillings are endless!

It was so so good ! I mixed cottage cheese with a little mozzarella to mask the cottage cheese taste, then cooked it in the air fryer for 20 minutes 😋

I made this & it was good. Next time I’m gonna combine the seasoning with the chicken breast before laying it flat. I’d also season the passata & maybe add some onions, mushrooms, spinach to the filling bc they’re very low cal and delicious

I know this is in Portuguese, but I did it with Portuguese products and it’s not 455kcal… the parmigiano it self is 100kcal.. okay, full of protein yes! But not 455kcal 🙃 but I still love your videos
