Stop arguing in front of the kid. Go to police at 845 Monday morning if she isn’t back. I grew up in this situation with my parents arguing in front of me using me as a pawn.. I’m 38 and it did a number on me to this day.

Most cases there has to be prior written notice with dates and information for summer vacation of 3 weeks. No written notice of 2 weeks prior - contempt and if she is not back on Monday go straight to police station and get it on file of custodial interference and then go to court to file. Start texting all communication- NO phone calls. Cause now it’s a he said she said.
