How to become a mobile esthetician part 1: Home set up. Part 2 will be whats in my travel case. Hi Friends!!! So this is how I would set up a home visit and is very similar to an event set up. Give or take a few things depending on what I am doing. Facials, brows, stress relief etc. I do not always bring a steamer. If you are setting up on carpet be mindful. Thats up to you. The portable bed is not heavy. You can steam/iron bedding before hand if you have time. Use of bolsters and extra pilliows, bed warmer is always nice but not necessary for every visit. I use my travel case as my station. I have a section for my dry products; esti wipes, cotton rounds, gauze, sponges etc. I have a section for brushes, spatulas, other tools etc. and of course the products that i am going to use. I bring sample or retail size products to be able to fit more in my travel case. Just starting out, Skincripts is amazing. High quality, affordable and beginner friendly but use what ever you want to use. Music, candles, aromatherapy are nice added touches if client is okay with that. Create your own experiences for your clients. The way I do things may be different from how you would. This is for general idea purposes. Dont worry about it being perfect when you are just starting out. Just start!!! You got this!
